In the third installment of the Risk Wars Trilogy, an aging Craig Markson seeks to legitimize his interests in global domination and remove himself from the violent underworld but is kept back by the ambitions of the young Ken McDonough and Vincent Raicovi. While Craig attempts to link the Markson finances with the Vatican, Craig must deal with the machinations of a hungrier Michael Callahan seeking to upset the existing Domination order and a young protégé named Brian Conway.
Vincent: Craig, you are a man of finance and politics. These things I don't understand. Craig: You understand guns? Vincent: Yes. Craig: Finance is a gun. Politics is knowing when to pull the trigger.
